A challenging class comprised of high-intensity interval training, body-resistance, weight training, and Pilates to strengthen and elongate muscles. Elements of yoga asana and pranayama will have you taking a time-out to stretch and connect. The class is great for all abilities, and especially for those looking to balance out an intensive training program.
